Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive retargeting and remarketing strategies to re-engage users who have not completed the registration process or have dropped out of the conversion funnel.
• Regularly analyze the performance of remarketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize and refine strategies for driving registrations, first-time deposits, and overall engagement.
• Work closely with marketing teams to align remarketing efforts with broader acquisition and engagement initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.
• Utilize audience segmentation techniques to tailor remarketing messages and incentives, maximizing relevance and appeal to specific player segments.
• Responsible for managing remarketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on creative elements and messaging to continuously refine and enhance remarketing campaign performance.
• Implement and optimize remarketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media platforms, display advertising, email, and push notifications.
• Collaborate with the loyalty program team to integrate remarketing efforts with loyalty initiatives, enhancing the overall player experience and encouraging long-term engagement.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor remarketing strategies, incorporating findings into our own campaigns.
• Implement dynamic content personalization strategies, tailoring remarketing messages based on user behavior, preferences, and historical interactions.
• Develop strategies for effective cross-device retargeting, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
• Collaborate with UX and design teams to implement CRO best practices, ensuring that retargeting efforts lead to a streamlined and user-friendly registration process.
• Create and maintain customer journey maps to identify key touchpoints for remarketing, optimizing the flow from initial awareness to registration and beyond.
• Continuously refine audience segmentation based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant factors, adapting remarketing strategies accordingly.
• Stay abreast of emerging retargeting techniques and technologies, experimenting with innovative approaches to captivate and re-engage potential players.
• Conduct A/B testing specifically on landing pages to optimize the post-click experience, improving the likelihood of successful registrations and first-time deposits.
Skills & Experience:
• Proficient in creating and managing remarketing campaigns on popular social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Strong skills in advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to extract actionable insights from campaign performance data.
•Experience with email marketing automation tools and strategies for incorporating remarketing into email campaigns effectively.
• Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS coding to make minor adjustments to landing pages and creative elements for optimal remarketing performance.
• Understanding of basic SEO principles to ensure that landing pages are optimized for search engines and contribute to the overall effectiveness of remarketing campaigns.
• Experience integrating retargeting efforts with customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure a seamless flow of data and communication.
• Familiarity with techniques for remarketing users within mobile apps, including in-app messaging and push notification strategies.
• Ability to create and refine customer personas based on data and market research, informing targeted remarketing efforts.
• Understanding of content marketing principles to align remarketing messages with broader content strategies, creating a cohesive brand narrative.
• Knowledge of legal regulations related to online marketing and data privacy, ensuring that remarketing efforts comply with industry standards and regulations.
