How long will my account take to be approved?
Once you have completed your affiliate registration one of our affiliate managers will then review your account within 24-48 hours. Subject to all information being provided and clear we should be able to approve a deal for you within a matter of days depending on workloads.
Can I change the deal that I am on to a different commission plan?
Yes it is possible to negotiate a new commission plan. In order to do so we will need to speak with you directly to understand what geos, how much volume and the quality of traffic that you are able to provide. Please therefore reach out to our support team to discuss how we may be able to assist you.
When are affiliate payments made?
All affiliate payments are made on the closest working day after the 1st of each calendar month. All affiliate payments are paid in arrears based on the previous calendar months traffic.
What payment options do you offer?
We support various payment methods for affiliates, such as Neteller, Skrill, Bank Wire Transfer, EcoPayz, EzeeWallet, Mifinity, Cryptocurrencies and operator account. If you have a method outside these, please get in touch with us.
What is the minimum commission amount that can be paid?
If the total amount of commission owed to you is less than €100 for any calendar month, the balance will be rolled over to next month until the total amount becomes €100 or higher.
What affiliate platform do you use?
We use Refer On for managing our affiliate referrals.

What is your administration fee?
Our admin fee is fixed at a low rate of 25% of GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue). This covers costs incurred by us such as transaction fees, jackpot contributions, game provider fees and platform fees.
